About the Job

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to lead data analysis and machine learning activities across the company.

This role requires a highly motivated and innovative individual who can drive data-driven decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data analysis and machine learning workflows for the development of new nanoparticle drug delivery technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into clinical and research workflows
  • Design and optimize experimental designs to improve data quality and reduce costs
  • Communicate complex ideas and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
  • PhD or equivalent in Machine learning, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related discipline with a computational focus, or relevant industry experience
  • Experience in cheminformatics, bioinformatics, scientific computing, Python, SQL, electronic lab notebook integrations and cloud computing
  • Experience working in an industrial setting for 3+ years desired
