About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Trusts Manager to join our Directory-rated team at VWV. As a key member of our private client offering, you will be responsible for providing expert tax and trusts advisory work on issues around private wealth and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients on action points arising from succession and tax planning advice
  • Attending trustee meetings and preparing minutes
  • Overseeing and preparing trust accounts and tax returns
  • Calculating trustees' tax liabilities in relation to income, corporate gains and inheritance tax
  • Preparing and reviewing policy statements
  • Dealing with trust payments and the distribution of income, both capital and discretionary
  • Reviewing and interpreting trust deeds and other documentation

About You

We are looking for an experienced Tax and Trusts Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and providing excellent client service. You will have a strong background in tax and trusts and be able to demonstrate your expertise in this area.
