About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience of working in a complex accounting environment. You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage and oversee the financial performance of European entities
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts for all European subsidiaries
  • Drive insightful reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Group Finance Director to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
What You'll Need
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong background in financial management
  • Experience of working in a complex accounting environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
