Field Service Engineer Opportunity

Laboratory Equipment Specialist sought for a field-based role in Scotland.

As a skilled Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for validating, calibrating, and re-qualifying laboratory equipment in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform validation, calibration, and re-qualification of laboratory equipment
Coordinate your schedule efficiently while maintaining strong communication with the team
Deliver high-quality service reports and manage expense submissions promptly
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build loyalty

Requirements:

Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience in instrument calibration or validation
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing your workload
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and committed to delivering outstanding results
