Hospitality Team Lead

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Lead to join our team at Hungry Horse. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy pub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the pub, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Lead a high-performing team, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining profitability.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and quality assurance.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
