Maths and ICT Teacher for Students with Special Needs

We are looking for a skilled Maths and ICT Teacher to join our SEN team at Wayman Learning Trust. This full-time role presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Maths and ICT to students with special educational needs, developing tailored lesson plans, and collaborating closely with our SEN team. They will also contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is £45,000 per annum, with additional benefits including contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a background in teaching both Maths and ICT to SEN students.
- Proven experience in adapting the curriculum to cater to various learning abilities, ensuring all students can access and engage with the material.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, adaptable approach to teaching, demonstrating commitment to inclusive education.
- Clear DBS check and the legal right to work in the UK.
