The Chemical Plant Operator will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the saponification plant, ensuring the production of high-quality soap products.
The role involves starting and stopping the SCN and all auxiliary equipment, monitoring ingredient tank levels, and ensuring correct temperature settings.
The operator will perform chemical tests at various stages to ensure proper saponification and maintain correct electrolyte values.
Testing and recording the results of the finished product, in line with established procedures, will be required.
The role also includes testing incoming raw materials, such as fats and oils, to ensure quality.
