Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' products and services meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with our R&D team to ensure all new product designs meet regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of regulations and standards for the industry applications within our product portfolio.
  • Regulatory Updates: Monitor any changes or updates to standards and ensure our business adapts to any regulatory changes.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct internal audits, or product tests as appropriate to identify areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Compliance Training: Deliver compliance training to employees and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in compliance management within a manufacturing environment, ideally in an industry supplying regulated products or certified products.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industry regulations and ISO standards or demonstrable ability to interpret these.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Compliance, Quality or Safety (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Collaboration: The ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments.
