This role involves predominantly new business development through direct sales and upselling to existing customers, with elements of account management following signed contracts. You'll have the opportunity to participate in training programs and achieve quarterly targets based on annualized revenue from contracts signed.
The responsibilities include:
Door-to-door canvassing and presenting B&M services professionally
Upselling waste and recycling solutions to existing customers
Completion of client site risk assessments and site audits
Handling inbound enquiries and pre-qualifying opportunities for business fit and credit checks
Monitoring market and competitor activities and reporting accordingly
Maintaining accurate prospect information and updating CRM daily with the sales support team
Participation in regional networking events and showcasing B&M services to potential prospects
Completion of weekly KPI sheets and attending fortnightly/monthly sales meetings
About the Role
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for professional growth and development.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and present complex ideas effectively. You should also be highly organized, motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for sustainability and waste management.
