We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Lead to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business change and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business analysis and requirements gathering to ensure key business goals are understood and documented.
- Collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to deliver high-quality business solutions that meet business requirements.
- Participate in and lead business, scrum, and project meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead other business analysts to develop and implement change strategies, supporting projects through the development, testing, and implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate and lead, negotiate, and influence to drive necessary changes.
- Experience working on medium to large-scale assignments.
- Detailed knowledge and experience of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Salary: circa national £65,000, London circa £80,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity: 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
- Generous pension scheme: Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
