Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and live safely.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Support clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
  2. Assist with medication management and administer medications as required.
  3. Help with meal preparation and domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  4. Encourage clients to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
