Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician

At RAC, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our rapidly expanding Service, Maintenance and Repair (SMR) team. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by performing vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks in a mobile setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle inspections and repairs in a mobile setting
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • Practical working experience within the motor trade working with different types of light vehicles
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving license
