Shift Engineer Role

The Engineering department at The Ned is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our iconic building. As a Shift Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 support to the hotel, working a mix of shifts in a 4-on, 4-off pattern
  • Offer general engineering support to the business, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the building's systems and infrastructure
