Job Title: Construction Inspector

We are looking for an experienced Construction Inspector to join our team in Worthing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting building sites to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The estimated salary for this position is around £45-£55 per hour, depending on experience. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of building regulations, we encourage you to apply.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect building sites to ensure compliance with regulations.
  2. Enforce building regulations and related legislation.
  3. Provide guidance and support to builders and developers on regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure public safety.
Requirements:
  1. Membership (or working towards membership) with RICS or CABE.
  2. Registered as a General Building Control Surveyor (Class 2 minimum) with the Building Safety Regulator.
  3. In-depth knowledge of building regulations and experience as a building control officer.
