The Role

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team at British Land. As a Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of testing function for our project roadmap. You will work closely with other team members to create test cases, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and automation testing across our applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Test Analyst to identify areas of strength, weakness, risk, and opportunity, and contribute to the long-term strategy and direction of the QA team.
  • Conduct manual and automation testing to ensure the quality of our applications.
  • Ensure that our audit processes are followed and documented.
  • Develop and improve test processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Provide expert advice to project and product managers on risks and timings, enabling them to make informed decisions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in manual and automation testing of.NET applications.
  • Experience working on Agile scrum and Kanban projects.
  • Strong technical skills around testing APIs, databases, and software product lifecycles.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a distributed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
