About the Opportunity

GSK offers a 4-year practical apprenticeship in supply chain management, leading to a BSc qualification through Aston University.

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who want to develop comprehensive knowledge and skills in supply chain management, logistics, and business operations.

  • You will learn and apply best practices in demand planning, scheduling, stock management, and logistics including warehousing.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth flow of pharmaceutical products from raw material to packed product, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labeling.
  • Utilise data to support decision-making and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost & waste reduction, and other improvement projects.
About the Benefits

A competitive starting salary of £20,800 per year, increasing to £26,400 after 1 year (subject to annual review), plus an annual bonus based on company performance.

Relocation allowance subject to eligibility checks.
