Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join our team at Browns Recruitment Group Ltd.

The department covers all aspects of non-contentious company transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and sales, as well as internal company reorganisations.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking fee-earning work and contributing to the department's profitability.
  • Ensuring the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan.
  • Providing an excellent, friendly, and jargon-free service to our clients.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
