About the Role

We are seeking a qualified nurse or paramedic to join our team in a part-time police custody nurse or paramedic role. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in an ever-changing environment, providing exceptional care to detainees in custody suites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care to detainees in custody suites
  • Work collaboratively with police officers and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Paramedic with 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a patient-facing role within a relevant field
  • Driving licence and ability to travel to various locations
  • UK resident for 3 years with no gaps out of country more than 3 months
