Support Worker for a Confident and Outgoing Lady

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker for a confident and outgoing lady with a spinal cord injury. This is a fantastic opportunity to truly make a difference in someone's life and be part of a close-knit community that values respect, trust, and open communication.
About the Role- Provide personal care and support with daily activities
- Assist with complex care needs, including medical care and using medical equipment
- Drive an adapted vehicle to transport the client
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, caring, reliable, trustworthy, mature, responsible, well-presented, polite, and have good organisational skills. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £15 per hour Monday to Friday and £17 per hour Saturday and Sunday, plus benefits including holidays, Nest Pension Scheme, and a supportive work environment.
