At HMGCC, we are seeking an experienced Senior RF Design Engineer to join our team. This exciting role will see you working on the development of cutting-edge antennas for modern communication systems.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring 37 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible working patterns are welcome, and on-the-job training is provided. You will have the opportunity to dedicate a portion of your time to innovation and research.

We are looking for someone with experience in designing and testing bespoke antennas to meet specifications and standards. You should also have experience in using network and spectrum analysers, as well as other test equipment and measurement systems used in antenna design.

A relevant degree, such as RF engineering, RF communications, maths, or physics, would be beneficial. Additionally, the ability to drive projects to completion and deliver results to a high standard is essential.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and document antennas to appropriate standards, adhering to HMGCC's engineering policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Contribute to project planning and meetings.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of designing and testing bespoke antennas.
  • Knowledge of network and spectrum analysers, as well as other test equipment and measurement systems.
  • The ability to drive projects to completion and deliver results to a high standard.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:

  • 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 after 5 years of service.
