### Job Title: Commercial Sales Analyst

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Analyst to join our team at Jackson Hogg Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing analysis and insights to drive sales performance and strategic initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Sales Data Analysis

* Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and sales teams.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
* Manage pricing files and volume forecasting systems.

#### Market and Competitive Analysis

* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
* Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning to inform our sales strategies.

#### Sales Forecasting and Planning

* Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and inventory management.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set realistic sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.

#### Customer Insights and Segmentation

* Analyze customer data to identify key segments, preferences, and buying patterns.
* Provide recommendations for targeted marketing and sales efforts based on customer insights.

#### Sales Strategy Development

* Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
* Support the execution of sales initiatives and campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

#### Collaboration and Support

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
* Provide analytical support to sales teams to help them achieve their targets.

### Requirements

* Working experience as a Commercial Analyst in a fast-paced, developing, global organization.
* Experience in developing insights to develop G2M plans.
* Strong commercial acumen, including responsibility for defining product pricing.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
* Knowledge of Business Central and Power BI would be an advantage.
* Critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Ability to clearly present facts and interpret data incisively.
* Excellent communication skills with both written and verbal.
* Strong influencer – persuasive skills to facilitate projects in a timely manner with minimal setbacks.
* Ability to quickly establish credibility at all levels – both internally and externally.
