Become a successful Commercial Insurance Sales Professional with Get Recruited Ltd We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Commercial Lines Broker. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining positive working relationships with clients and internal parties, ensuring that sales processes are completed efficiently and compliantly.
About the Role:- Sales and business development experience within the insurance industry or a related field
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Highly organised with a systematic approach to work, with good attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs and willing to learn our systems
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience + uncapped commission, plus benefits including a Christmas shutdown in addition to holidays and quarterly events.
