Job Title: Fashion Procurement Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure high-quality products that meet our customer's expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing
  • Manage daily/weekly tasks in line with our Ways of Working (WOW)
  • Prepare for departmental meetings and support the Buying team with data entry into our planning tool
Buying Duties:
  • Raise purchase orders and work to the Critical Path to meet all deadlines
  • Deal with issues arising with orders both internally and externally
  • Take ownership of finding solutions and coordinate barcode processes
  • Maintain purchase orders in the Critical Path in our relevant system
Sample Management:
  • Process samples received, labeling, logging, organizing, and filing them
  • Prepare samples for meetings and maintain the departments' range and samples
  • Drive the press sample process to ensure the department offers are fully potentialized
Trading:
  • Have a basic understanding of trade reports and make informed trade decisions
  • Attend Group Trade meetings to stay updated on market trends
Product Awareness:
  • Understand the New Look Customer and have knowledge of our Customer Insight and Market Share
  • Contribute to trend and competitor analysis, making recommendations for changes or developments
About You:
  • You'll be an enthusiast of fashion trends and knowledgeable about the high street
  • Accurate and confident communicator with passion for Product
  • Prior experience working in Fashion/Retail and/or as a Buying Admin Assistant is desirable
