Digital Product Manager - Car Parks and E-Commerce

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join our Car Parks and E-Commerce team at London Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our Commercial function, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and development of digital products to support the delivery of over £100m online income annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate the digital product vision and strategy aligning with overall business targets.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of digital product developments from concept to launch to business as usual.
  • Effectively translate customer needs into high-level product features, product architecture, and UI design.
  • Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
  • Guide, direct, and collaborate with cross-functional internal/external teams that form GAL's agile product team.
  • Own the development, prioritization, and management of the Commerce product roadmap and backlog, collaborating with IT.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to drive continuous improvement and increase customer lifetime value.

Requirements:

  • Experience of comparable retail or travel e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven demonstrable successful experience in digital product management or similar role.
  • Ability to develop a clear vision and strategy for digital product development.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional digital team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in directing both direct and virtual teams to deliver business targets.
  • Can work effectively with external agile product teams.
