About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Manager to join our team at BUPA. As a key member of our Regional Management Team, you will provide operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with the Regional Director to provide operational support and expertise to care homes.
  • Coach, mentor, and support Home Managers in selected homes as identified and agreed by Operational Management.
  • Support the Regional Director in monitoring all aspects of service in the homes, including analysis and use of quality metrics, conducting audits, and liaising with the Operational Quality team.
  • Develop focused service improvement plans in the homes, identifying actions, ownership, and timescales needed to make things happen.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of performing successfully in a Home Manager or Quality role.
  • Strong clinical knowledge base.
  • Experience in leading audits (internal & external), creating action plans.
  • Adaptability and ability to work across a number of different care homes with differing requirements.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting teams around clinical concerns such as analyzing data for trends/themes.
