About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can provide regular reporting to leadership groups and maintain healthcare industry experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing agile development squads, coordinating requirements analysis and user story definition, integrating CSMS and Personalised Services (Dynamics CRM), and delivering releases as part of our core delivery roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Agile Development Squads: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Coordinate Requirements Analysis and User Story Definition: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring clear understanding and prioritization of user stories.
  • Integrate CSMS and Personalised Services (Dynamics CRM): Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement integrations between CSMS and Personalised Services, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
  • Deliver Releases as Part of Our Core Delivery Roadmap: Plan, coordinate, and execute releases to production, ensuring timely and successful deployment of software changes.
  • Provide Regular Reporting to Leadership Groups: Prepare and present reports on project progress, risks, and issues to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Maintain Healthcare Industry Experience: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our solutions meet evolving healthcare needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record in Agile Delivery: Minimum 3 years of experience leading agile development squads, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other relevant tools; experience with Dynamics CRM and CSMS is desirable.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
