Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Pressing Technician to join our team at Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Fold pre-cut materials to match drawings with a high degree of accuracy.
  2. Work as part of a small team to produce high-quality work.
  3. Operate a press up to 1 meter, mainly handling stainless steel components.
  4. Swap out with other pressers during breaks.
  5. Perform other pressing duties as required.
Working Conditions

This is a heavy work environment, and the successful candidate will be required to work in pairs and follow strict safety guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a FLT licence, although this is not essential.

Benefits

The starting rate for this position is £13.75 to £14.50 per hour, with overtime available at 1.5 times the hourly rate on Mondays to Saturdays after 1 pm and double time on Saturdays after 1 pm and all day Sundays.
