Are you ready to take your career to the next level as a Water Engineering Team Lead? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our innovative and collaborative Water Engineering team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical delivery, commercial awareness, and experience working with water company clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of junior team members, mentoring them, and ensuring they contribute effectively to projects.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer, along with a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary design teams and manage the technical delivery of water mains rehabilitation, network reinforcement, and pressure management projects.
  • Develop feasibility studies, options appraisal, and concept design for water company clients and design and build contractors.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject (e.g., civil, electrical, mechanical).
  • Commercial awareness and experience monitoring and controlling engineering budgets.
  • Experience working with water company clients and design and build contractors.
