Graduate Scheme

This graduate scheme is designed for recent graduates of engineering & sciences schools to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and experience to thrive in the dynamic world of commercial shipping and the data behind it. Over a period of approximately 18 months, you'll gain a well-rounded understanding of the industry, develop technical expertise, and learn the ropes of sales and client success management.

Program Structure

The program is divided into five stages, providing a structured learning journey with hands-on experience. You will embark on a nine-month rotational program where you'll be embedded within three distinct roles. This immersive experience will provide you with a deeper understanding of all aspects of Signal's commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Academies and API Tech Sales Support (6-8 months)
  • Customer Success (3-6 months)
  • Becoming embedded in the Analytics team (2-4 months)

Requirements

  • Studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Exceptional English Communication (Written & Verbal)
  • Passion for Learning the Shipping & Commodities Industry
