Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to Design Teams.
  • Lead peer review of MEP packages during handover from Pre-Construction Teams.
  • Support Operational Teams.
  • Review MEP installations for compliance against designs and standards.
  • Lead delivery of installation and commissioning programmes.
  • Lead M&E discussions in Design Team Meetings and Customer Meetings.
  • Lead commissioning phase, ensuring delivery with supply chains or independent managers.
  • Support commercial teams.
  • Maintain lessons learnt in business and Pre-Construction Teams.
  • Lead feedback loop into Pre-Construction Teams on Supply Chain performance.
  • Collaborate across business and supply chain for MEP services.
  • Deliver on building services department strategic aims.
  • Mentor junior team members and support them to achieve goals.
  • Provide assistance to quality and customer care teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CSCS card.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Leadership experience in a one team environment.
  • Excellent understanding of M&E and services legislation.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to interrogate Supply Chain Partner quotes.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Experience in M&E projects across various sectors.
  • Managing M&E and building services teams.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
