About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Integrity Project Engineer to join our team at The One Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative energy storage technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage fluid flow systems to optimize mechanical performance
  • Lead the validation and scaling up of new technology, implementing it into prototypes
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to develop products that reduce environmental impact
  • Apply manufacturing strategy to consider future applications and products
  • Develop and optimize processes for pilot line manufacturing
  • Increase Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) through project management and hands-on engineering skills
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, designing systems to manage fluid flow
  • CFD experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in the energy storage sector is ideal
  • Hands-on engineering skills with a strong understanding of chemical processes and systems
  • Process development and optimization experience, particularly in pilot line manufacturing
  • Project management skills
