Business Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our office, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office, including typing documentation, devising reports, and handling queries.
  • Diary Management: Manage diaries and organize meetings, ensuring that all appointments are followed up and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external parties, including clients and colleagues, to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • File Management: Maintain both paper and electronic files, ensuring that all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including ordering office supplies and facilities management.
Requirements:
  • Administrative Experience: Demonstrated experience within an administrative post is essential.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, with excellent Excel knowledge.
  • Attention to Detail: An excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Organizational Skills: A proactive approach with strong organizational skills, able to manage workload appropriately and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service, accuracy, and numeracy skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
