Clinical Lead Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nurse to take on the role of Clinical Lead in our Buckinghamshire team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the nursing team in delivering exceptional care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and clinical standards
  • Mentor and develop team members to promote best nursing practices
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the home

Requirements:

  • NMC registered nurse with post-registration experience
  • Leadership experience in healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, and CQC compliance
