**Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Reward Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Payroll and Reward function at a strategic level, implementing best practices, and leading process improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Payroll and Reward function at a strategic level, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Develop and implement best practices in payroll and reward management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
- Manage a large team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll and reward legislation, ensuring compliance and advising the business on best practices.
**Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll and reward management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement changes to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- CIPP qualification or relevant experience.
