We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Clinical/Counselling/Applied Psychologist to join our Early Intervention in Psychosis Service at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to provide specialist psychological assessment and therapy individually and through group programmes to service users. They will also offer clinical supervision to other psychological therapists in the team and be supervised and managed by a senior psychologist.
Estimated salary for this role is £43,041 - £76,768 per annum.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing their first episode of psychosis. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in CBTp and family work, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
Job ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the job include:
- Providing specialist psychological assessment and therapy individually and through group programmes to service users.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
- Offering clinical supervision to other psychological therapists in the team.
As a member of our team, you will have access to a range of training and development opportunities, including preceptorship to Band 8a. The trust is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services and offers a supportive and inclusive environment for its staff.
