Financial Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our clients SJP Practice in Brighton. This position will involve supporting Financial Advisers with all areas of administration, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and administrative support to Financial Advisers, responding to client enquiries and liaising with third parties.
  • Issue letters of authority to providers and chase financial institutions for requested information.
  • Manage client records and databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Decipher policy information and input it into the company CRM.
  • Onboard new clients to our company CRM and prepare client files for review meetings.
  • Process new business and chase through to completion, completing illustrations and applications as required.
  • Manage compliance requirements, ensuring new business and client files are fully compliant.
  • Assist with marketing administration and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a Financial Planning role.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written English, numerate and analytical skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work additional hours when required.
