Business Development Specialist

At Scandit, we're revolutionizing the way businesses operate by automating workflows and providing actionable insights. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in helping us expand our reach and grow our sales team in Europe.
Your OpportunityWe're seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our global sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Mapping prospective accounts and identifying business needs
- Orchestrating discussions with senior executives to drive sales growth
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and leads
- Participating in a sales training program to develop your skills and advance your career
We're looking for individuals with:
- 1+ years of sales or related market experience in software/SaaS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid or home office setting
- Passion for learning and development
