About the Role

VANRATH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Working Capital Assistant to join their growing Finance function in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Northern Ireland's top employers and be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process financial transactions across the Billing and Revenue functions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and meet tight deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Support the Team Lead and management in achieving business objectives and goals.
  • Assist with month-end activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Accurately record all transactions to the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in credit control or billing revenue.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
  • Adaptable to change, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong systems/IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software and technology.
  • Proven record of meeting tight deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
