Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Adult Social Care Services. As a Senior OT, you will play a key role in providing leadership and guidance to our team, while also delivering high-quality services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify care and support needs for service users with complex disabilities.
- Develop and implement strength-based care plans that promote autonomy and resilience.
- Provide leadership and supervision to OT and social care staff, offering expert advice and guidance on complex cases.
- Perform complex moving and handling risk assessments to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
- Assess and recommend home adaptations, supporting the DFG process.
- Contribute to the development of operational excellence within the team.
