We manage tolling transactions and violations for the world's largest commercial fleets and rental car companies, serving over 8 million customers. As we drive innovation in our market-leading technical solutions, we seek a committed Business Support Specialist to support compliance across our Mobile Speed Camera Operations in NSW.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working from our Silverwater office. As a Business Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Mobile Speed Camera Program runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate deployment sessions and support the highest standards of compliance across the program.
  • Onboard new Mobile Speed Camera Operators (MSCOs), support training and development, and ensure vehicles are certified and ready to go.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and maintain safety equipment across depots.
  • Prepare internal and external KPI and SLA reports and communicate program performance updates to managers.
  • Support special projects like vehicle rollouts, depot activities, and certification days, ensuring smooth operations and service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fast-paced operational and compliance-related roles.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office and platforms like ServiceNOW.
  • Understanding of client contracts and service agreements.
  • A valid Australian Driver's License and a commitment to road safety.
  • Cert IV in Business Administration (pref) or equivalent compliance support experience.
