Maintenance Engineer Level 3

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account / Commercial Manager to join our team at Lewis Garner Consulting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to develop and implement a strategy for our national accounts, delivering against company/customer KPIs and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a portfolio of national accounts, delivering budgeted sales and tracking spend and profit measures.
- Maintain and develop current accounts while bringing new customers to the business.
- Assist with the delivery of the company strategy and implement customer plans to deliver mutually profitable sales growth.
- Establish and maintain invoice pricing structures and manage trade spend to ensure 100% conditional.
- Leverage category management principles to deliver win-win solutions, including distribution, new listings, and range review gains.
- Develop mutually profitable business plans and frameworks for growth on all key metrics.
- Work closely with the development team on business planning and lead cross-functional teams.
- Ensure good housekeeping via efficient ledger query management and adhere to internal processes and timescales for forecasting and business planning.
- Personally ensure that all aspects of due diligence are adhered to, including food safety, quality, and legislation.
- Experience of food service is essential to succeed in this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the confidence and passion for selling.
- Excellent negotiator and results-driven.
- Experience of effective external stakeholder management.
- Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Good market awareness coupled with the ability to build, lead, negotiate, and conclude commercially sound customer plans and core business.
