Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Operations: Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers, adhering to delivery routes and schedules.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accurate and prompt delivery of goods, responding to customer queries and feedback, and representing the company in a professional and polite manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, accurately process paperwork for customer returns, warranty claims, and old stock, and maintain accurate records of stock locations and movements.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintain interior and exterior vehicle cleanliness, and report any necessary repairs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork and procedures related to customer deliveries and returns, and process customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Driving Experience: Held a valid driving license for at least 2 years, with a clean driving record and no more than 3 points.
  • Logistics Experience: Preferable experience in delivery operations, with a good understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and handle goods up to 25 kg, with a flexible start time between 06:00 and 08:30.
  • Language Skills: Good level of English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
