Job Opportunity: IT Test Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global strategic transformation programme as our client looks to replace its existing ERP across multiple locations. As the IT testing manager, you will take full ownership of the testing from plan to execution ensuring a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that align with project requirements and organisational goals.
  • Define the scope, objectives, and schedule for testing activities, ensuring that all testing processes adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, penetration and vulnerability testing.
  • Identify, track, and manage defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of testing requirements and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Experience of integration testing on large programmes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

This programme requires a strong communicator and team player who can work effectively in a global environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all testing activities meet the organisation's quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. If you have experience of integration testing on large programmes and are a strong communicator, we would like to hear from you.

Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits.
