Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the production and coordination of technical drawings, delivering a range of projects in 2D/3D using Autodesk Revit and working within standard BIM workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Produce and coordinate technical drawings through all RIBA Work Stages
* Deliver projects in 2D/3D using Autodesk Revit and BIM workflow processes
* Assist in the preparation of drawings and specifications
* Provide technical advice and instruction to internal and external stakeholders
* Lead in the technical architectural design and liaison with clients and other members of the design team

Requirements:

* 5+ years of UK industry experience
* Excellent working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
* Knowledge of current and emerging technical design, construction, and environmental issues
* High technical standard
* Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham
