Job Description

We are seeking an outstanding Primary School Educator to join our dedicated team of professionals. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Teaching and assessing students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
  • Maintaining accurate records and progress reports, ensuring timely communication with parents and carers.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £36,413 to £53,994 per annum, inclusive of a SEN allowance of £2679. Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children with ASC and SEMH needs is desirable, but not essential. We encourage applications from qualified teachers who share our commitment to providing exceptional education and care.
