About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team at Search Talent. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, maintaining and monitoring infrastructure, and collaborating on projects to implement new solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and identify potential problems before they impact clients
  • Maintain and monitor infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Collaborate with the team to implement new solutions and improve existing ones
  • Leverage technical expertise to optimize services and improve overall infrastructure efficiency
  • Support, coach, and mentor junior team members, leading by example
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement and develop IT documentation as required

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience in a long-term 2nd or 3rd Line support role, with strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Azure, Citrix, and VMWare. Experience with Backup/Archiving technologies and scripting knowledge such as Powershell are also essential. A client-centric mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a collaborative spirit are also required.
