Site Operations Manager

About Nexgen Group
Nexgen Group is seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join their team as a Site Operations Manager - Mobile Cleaner.Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision and motivation of all employees working on site. They will also maintain good relationships with all employees and visitors at the site. Additionally, they will assist the Area Manager, cover for holidays or absence, collate hours worked from each site and report to the Area Manager, check stock at each location and report any requirements to the Area Manager.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a clean full UK driving licence and at least 5 years' experience in cleaning. You should also have an understanding of COSHH. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work 25 hours per week, with potential for overtime as required. You will need to have your own car and business mileage will be paid for.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, with potential for overtime. In addition, business mileage will be paid for. Immediate start available.
