Job Summary:

Erin Associates is seeking a skilled Proclaim Developer to join our team. As a Proclaim Developer, you will be responsible for building solutions and enhancing existing functionality within the case management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the Proclaim Case Management System to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Document templates and develop new workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain new business solutions to support our clients' growth.
  • Build and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and advancements in case management software.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing the Proclaim Case Management System.
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field is beneficial but not essential.
  • Understanding of legal workflows and their implementation into case management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, innovative, and inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
  • Database understanding is advantageous.
