We are recruiting a skilled Conveyancing Fee Specialist to join our Manchester-based conveyancing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a property law solicitor to take on a challenging role in a respected law firm.

About the Role
  • Manage a caseload of conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
  • Handle new client instructions, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties, providing updates and answering queries.
  • Draft legal correspondence and documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, Land Registry applications, and SDLT returns.

Key Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Experience using case management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
