About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at a highly rated Early Years provision. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional needs of children aged 2-5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individual children and groups with emotional, physical, and educational needs, including those with special needs.
  • Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and encourage children's engagement in learning activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils to help them reach their learning goals.
  • Assist teachers in organizing the learning environment and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support pupils' literacy, numeracy, and overall curriculum development, alongside behavior management.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant Level 2 qualification.
  • Experience in Early Years education with innovative and creative ideas for engaging young learners.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to connect with both children and staff.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a nurturing, fun, and inclusive classroom environment.
